Enquiries sent through this website
The form collects the parent or guardian's name and email, the child's name, age and selected gender response, the selected interest, and any note you add. A parent mobile number is optional. The public website stores enquiries privately for Pearl's follow-up and forwards them through FormSubmit to info@pearlgifted.ca for email delivery.

Optional phone and SMS permission
Providing a mobile number does not automatically subscribe you to text messages. SMS permission is a separate, optional choice and can be withdrawn by emailing info@pearlgifted.ca. The website records your choice; it does not send automated text messages.
Programme news is your choice
We send programme and activity updates only when you explicitly opt in. Joining the consultation waiting list does not require newsletter consent. You can withdraw your news consent at any time by emailing info@pearlgifted.ca. We record your consent choice and submission time with your request.
